I've seen a ton of people saying they will "update", but never do. I've been working out for 5-6 months and got noticeable muscle definition, but I'll try this out and update as I go since I'm on youtube everyday and will remember.

I've been a natural bodybuilder for 30 years and this is one of the first videos I've seen that I like. Also been doing one hour of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for years and it absolutely works.
Truth about muscle. I haven't power lifted consistently going on 7 years now and going back to do squats or deadlifts when I can, i'm not all that far from where I left off. College I was squatting 320 for 4-6 reps and this week I went up to 275 for 7 reps. when the week prior I took it east and stopped with 225. So that's good to know.
Horrible advice. How about a caloric deficit? If someone does an hour of fasted cardio every day and eats 1k more calories than they burn everyday, they’ll gain weight despite the fasted cardio.
Caloric deficit is the only way to lose weight. If you don’t mention that first, then you risk of someone doing a lot of work for nothing.
When I wake up in the morning I don't go running outside because my neighborhood ain't safe. But I go into my garage which has an average of 95 degrees and go through an 30min- 1 hr. playlist like a musical I like, or a band I like. I dance, jump, just anything that will get my heart pumping and get my body sweating.

I am no pro bodybuilder, but I like to think I know a lot about fitness bc fitness is a passion of mine. I agree with everything Alpha says here EXCEPT. When I did PT with NROTC and we would run about 6 miles in about 45min or so, I would throw up every single time lol. But its no big deal just make sure you guys hydrate, stretch, eat good and plenty and make sure you get the proper amount of rest.
