Excellent Advice! No sugar, no fast food. Just exercise, stay hydrated and keep carbs to a minimum. Also there are some supplements that can slightly accelerate fat burning. That is true to a point. Muscle is easier to use as energy, but in order for that to start kicking in you need to go above 70-75% of your max heart rate.

Don't get me wrong. You can lose your body fat by simply consuming less calories. Try eating around 10 eggs a day, and some salad for a total of 800-1000 calories a day. You will be losing weight in no time guaranteed

Alpha im a recently a new subscriber and I've been doing everything you have taught me in your videos from meal plans to supplements and the fasted cardio with the workout plan and for those that don't believe in you heres a fact. I work overnights as a truck driver so if I go and workout just after I wake up let's say at 10 in the morning does that do the same thing as long as the workout is as just after I wake up?
