Whats up my Individuals! Here is part 3 of my fitness journey that I started back in 2016. Since my last video I have had a pretty big transformation and I put on about 17 pounds of solid muscle mass while staying pretty lean and low in body fat.
Just to be clear, this video is not a “how to”. I’m not a personal trainer or health specialist. Everything in this video is simply what has been working for me and what I recommend to others.
If you dig the video and want me to start working on more fitness/health related content. Please let me know, I would love to start directing my channel into those lifestyle categories.

“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” -2 Corinthians 9:8
*hey Dre, pleaseeeee keep making these videos, and could you also make a video on where you started, in detail, it would really help me a lot, (i'm starting to work out more and have a proper diet) anyway stay happy, and thank you for making videos)*
Just watched your clip and noticed you said you eat a lot of turkey. It’s important to note that you should stay away from any thing that says “mechanically separated” which turkey tends to be. I don’t care what meat producers say it’s not “clean” meat.
I don't know if you'll see this but I came from the Cody Ko video and Your channel is awesome! I subbed and i love your passion for God and entrepreneurial spirit, keep it up man (also so glad you changed your hair! haha)
Dude ever since Cody kos vid and that you were so humble about it I’ve liked you so much more and dude really congrats I’m going through the same thing you are and this year has been incredibly hard to me both emotionally and physically so thank you this really inspired me stay chill brotha
Saying that going to the gym is going to make you a better person, because you're going to be lean etc. is not ok. There are people, who are having problems losing weight, because of hormones. They can try their best, but it won't work.
If you're trying to lose weight or change your lifestyle, you should always do it for yourself. Appreciate the motivation coming from other people, but always rely on yourself.
Agata Bielińska It does not define wether your better or worse. But the main reason people go to the gym is to make something about themselves *better* wether that’s being health, your body, or mentally. There are no negative effects of going to the gym. If you’re not comfortable with it at first, guess what, you’ll eventually get comfortable.
Also, yes forms of dieting and correct nutrition is better than just going to the gym. But to say going to the gym isn’t healthy just because there are better alternatives, is just dumb.
+Deathhy You're right, there are different reasons for going to the gym. I'm just saying, that we're not the same, so not everyone has to go to the gym to feel better. Btw nutrition is more important than exercising, when it comes to being healthy.
Either way, it's everyone's personal decision, whether they want to go to the gym or not. It definitely does not define, if you're better or worse.
Agata Bielińska Well if you’re going to continue to use “that doesn’t apply to everyone” excuse all the time. Then there’s no reason to try and change your mind.
Everyone goes to the gym for different reasons,
Some want to feel better with their body and how it looks.
Some like it to blow off steam, or escape reality in general.
Some like it because it DOES make you healthier, as weird as that sounds. Someone going to the gym and trying to become healthier is better than someone not going to the gym, and not properly taking care of their body.
And for most people, they build self confidence when going to the gym. Seeing your body naturally look better because of your hard work is going to build self confidence. No matter if you’re 300 pounds or 160. Seeing your weight go from 300 pounds to 295 is a great feeling. And that goes with every weight. And people trying to build muscle mass have the same effect, just in reverse.
+Deathhy Thank you for your opinion. Still I don't agree with that. Not everyone is building self confidence by going to the gym. Some people feel terrible at the gym. There are other ways to build self confidence. And it doesn't mean you're becoming healthier, as weird as it sounds.
What I learned in this video is to bulk for a few months and then cut for a few months because I am also going from skinny to muscular. Your a huge inspiration Dre and I love your videos!

The internet is a sea of valuable information of all accumulated human knowledge where we can delve into any subject known to man and learn every single detail about it without leaving our bedrooms. If used properly, we can all become nuclear physicists and create a Utopia of quantum power where the monetary system becomes void because we do have all the knowledge and technology as humans to satisfy all our human needs while preserving the planet’s natural resources and without any wars. It’s all there at our fingertips. But you’re idiots. We are all idiots.
As hip-hop remains a staple in our society, we continue to appreciate the artists behind this broad genre of music. While Biggie and Tupac represent the best of hip-hop excellence from both coasts, we also remember these two as humans beings, just like the rest of us. With that comes personality, charm, and, of course, a good sense-of-humor.
Today, with the ever-changing nuances of technology and the Internet, rappers can express themselves and their senses of humor in ways far beyond that their music. Whether it’s a GIF, a tweet, a meme, a Snapchat — there’s never a bad time to insert comedy into any given situation. When it comes to music videos, Lil Dicky sets the bar high with “$ave Dat Money,” which clocks in at over 84 million views and counting. Aside from his undeniable talent behind the mic, LD effortlessly reveals a career in comedy is at his fingertips.
