Just watched your clip and noticed you said you eat a lot of turkey. It’s important to note that you should stay away from any thing that says “mechanically separated” which turkey tends to be. I don’t care what meat producers say it’s not “clean” meat.

Saying that going to the gym is going to make you a better person, because you're going to be lean etc. is not ok. There are people, who are having problems losing weight, because of hormones. They can try their best, but it won't work. If you're trying to lose weight or change your lifestyle, you should always do it for yourself. Appreciate the motivation coming from other people, but always rely on yourself.

Agata Bielińska It does not define wether your better or worse. But the main reason people go to the gym is to make something about themselves *better* wether that’s being health, your body, or mentally. There are no negative effects of going to the gym. If you’re not comfortable with it at first, guess what, you’ll eventually get comfortable. Also, yes forms of dieting and correct nutrition is better than just going to the gym. But to say going to the gym isn’t healthy just because there are better alternatives, is just dumb.

+Deathhy You're right, there are different reasons for going to the gym. I'm just saying, that we're not the same, so not everyone has to go to the gym to feel better. Btw nutrition is more important than exercising, when it comes to being healthy. Either way, it's everyone's personal decision, whether they want to go to the gym or not. It definitely does not define, if you're better or worse.

Agata Bielińska Well if you’re going to continue to use “that doesn’t apply to everyone” excuse all the time. Then there’s no reason to try and change your mind. Everyone goes to the gym for different reasons, Some want to feel better with their body and how it looks. Some like it to blow off steam, or escape reality in general. Some like it because it DOES make you healthier, as weird as that sounds. Someone going to the gym and trying to become healthier is better than someone not going to the gym, and not properly taking care of their body. And for most people, they build self confidence when going to the gym. Seeing your body naturally look better because of your hard work is going to build self confidence. No matter if you’re 300 pounds or 160. Seeing your weight go from 300 pounds to 295 is a great feeling. And that goes with every weight. And people trying to build muscle mass have the same effect, just in reverse.

+Deathhy Thank you for your opinion. Still I don't agree with that. Not everyone is building self confidence by going to the gym. Some people feel terrible at the gym. There are other ways to build self confidence. And it doesn't mean you're becoming healthier, as weird as it sounds.
