When I have to wake up earlier than 7 I feel horribly tired all day, because i can't naturally fall asleep before midnight. We have a natural sleeping cycle that we can't really influence, that's why you should wake up when you feel like it.

I wake up around 5:20-5:30 every working day, and I'm fucking tired already at 6pm if I don't force me to stay up. So fuck you. The human body is not suddenly on top form for 20 hours just because you force it to wake up more early.

Dafuk, you can do practically everything in the 24/7 economy. Just listen to your body when get tired and go to sleep. If you miss that wave you'll likely have trouble sleeping.

stop drinking caffeine and you will naturally wake up at 5:30-6am. i thought i just wasn't a morning person for 35 years. i would go to bed late and sleep late unless i set the alarm. i hated getting up early. i stopped drinking caffeine and now i go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am every day without an alarm clock.

I wake up at 445 to get up to go to the gym in the morning. The benefit is I get to go home straight home after work instead of worrying about needing to workout. It's way better to work out in the am and the gym is less empty too

So the idea is to wake up at 5u30. The office opens at 8am. I call the people starting at that point early birds. Take 30min for breakfast and a shower. Take 30min to get to work. They need to wake up at 7am. Between 7am (and this is at the latest. Lots of people need more time) and 5u30 you have 1u30 more than them at most. You are planning on going to the gym, be creative and start a company/side job all within a maximum of 7u30 each week? If those people starting at 8am leave office, it'll be 16u30 - 17pm. You still have 5 hours before it is 10pm. You also need to take into account that not all people are the same. I'm not creative or do not want to gym in the morning. I need some time to wake up and get going. In the evening though, I do sport, I'm more than creative enough throughout the day. Yes I do procrastinate because not everything in life needs to be about money or trying to achieve the most work as possible.

1. You don't get time boost. You wake up earlier, you go sleep earlier. 2. If you gonna work out at mornings, you will not have enough energy for the rest of the day. Also muscle growth is proven to be most active when you work out in the middle of your day, which is usually 3 pm. 3. People are most creative and smart during waking hours. No matter 5:30 or 11:00. 4. It's ultimately not good thing to be the only awake person... it's bad. You need to contact someone related to work, you want to go buy food or you want to work out at gym. Well though luck gym is closed, food store is closed and your coworkers are sleeping. 5. You can be consistent and it has nothing to do with waking up 5:30 am. I can wake up every morning 7:30 am and be consistent whole week. 6. Has absolutely nothing to do with waking up at 5:30 am. If it's photo of your hand in video, then cut your nails. If it's not, take another photo. Waking up on 5:30 am (it has to be exactly 5:30, 5:45 wont cut it) has only 1 benefit. It helps you get out of your old routine and habits. If you are used to wake up 11 am and waste 3 hours of morning then it's really hard to get ride of that habit. Waking up at 5:30 am will help you brake old habits and start new ones since you will be in unfamiliar environment (colder, darker, quieter) which will help to prevent old habits kicking in. No habit cause, no habit. Also people who decide to start waking up early in morning clearly do it to change their habits, so that mindset of change helps as well.

this would be useless to a high school student, considering most "good students" stay up and only have 4-5 hours of free time in the day, less if they play sports. School is 7 hours sometimes 8 depending where you are so this would be dumb as fuck. Unless you wanna get your homework done at 5 in the morning that would b useful. However I am gonna try this in college. I feel like once your out of school whatever your passion is in life this would become very useful. My classes start at 10 and end always by 5, PM. so this might be helpful.
