LaurDIY & I combine forces to create the ULTIMATE UNICORN HOT CHOCOLATE!!! Recipe Below --------------- RECIPE 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon of sugar Pink food coloring, blue food coloring 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 4 cups of milk ½ cup of white chocolate Colored marshmallows Fruity pebbles Rainbow sprinkles Cookie cereal Step 1 Add the heavy create to a bowl with the sugar. Whisk it until it forms soft peaks. Separate the cream into 3 parts. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one part. Blue food coloring to another par and mix. Leave the third part white. Step 2 Add the milk to a pot on medium high heat. When it starts to steam, add the vanilla and the white chocolate and stir until the chocolate dissolves. Set it aside. Step 3 Add a few drops of both pink and blue food coloring to the hot chocolate mix until it becomes purple. Or if you have purple food coloring, use that. Me and Grace get really dumb in the kitchen and make BREAKFAST TATER TOTS!!! Sausage and cheese stuffed inside a bacon-wrapped tater tot. Recipe below! Check out the cooking video we did on Grace's channel: https://youtu.be/8H4JusUirbc And the short form version of this recipe: https://youtu.be/dDWmohbpBQE --------------- RECIPE - Tater Tots Step 1 Fill a pot with water and salt it generously. Add the potatoes and boil until tender (about 10 minutes). Step 2 Take the potatoes out of the pot and run them under cold water to stop the cooking. Using the cheese grater, grate the potatoes into a mixing bowl. Step 3 Combine the potatoes with the flour, chopped chives, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Step 4 Take a small amount of the potato mixture in the palm of your hand. Add a small piece of the cooked sausage or cheese to the potato mixture and mold it into what looks like a tot. Put them in the freezer for 20 minutes. Step 5 Heat a pot or deep fryer with oil to about 375 degrees F. Cut a slice of bacon in half. Wrap the bacon around the frozen tot and secure it with a toothpick. Fry it for about 1 minute. Step 6 Toss the tots in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. RECIPE - Hollandaise Sauce Step 7 Whisk the egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl until the egg yolks double in size. Step 8 Add the bowl on top of a saucepan with a little water at the bottom. Tun it out to high heat with the bowl over the water making sure its not touching it. Step 9 Whisk in the melted butter while whisking until you achieve a creamy consistency. Season with the cayenne pepper and salt. Meet Kevin, the cheese steak frittata. Packed with layers of provolone, cheese, steak, and peppers. Recipe below. ---------------------- 1 large piece of flank steak 1 sliced onion 2 sliced peppers 10 large slices of provolone cheese 1 cup of shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese 4 eggs 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and soy sauce 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper Step 1 Add the sliced onions to a frying pan and begin to sauté. When the onions become soft, add the peppers and continue to cook until they have become soft. Step 2 Add the steak to a bowl. To the bowl, add the soy sauce, Worcestershire, olive oil, and seasoning. Combine and set aside. Step 3 Heat a pan to high heat. Sear the steak on one side for 3 minutes, flip and sear for another 2 minutes. Set aside to rest. Step 4 Whisk together the eggs and whipping cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add a small piece of parchment paper to a cake pan. Add 5 slices of provolone cheese to the bottom of the pan and into the egg mixture. Step 5 Slice the steak into small chunks. Add a layer of the onion and peppers. Add half the steak and half the shredded cheese. Repeat all the layers. Put it in a 350 F. oven for 30 minutes. RECIPE BELOW. --------------- RECIPE 1 giant gummy bear and sour patch kid mould 1 whisk Each flavor requires: 3 envelopes of flavorless gelatin 2 tablespoons of each of the 5 flavors of jello 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 1/3 cup of citric acid Step 1 Add the powders to a sauce pan or pot with the water. Mix it well until a somewhat slurry forms (consistency of a slush). Step 2 Turn on the heat to low and continue to stir until the contents of the pot become a liquid. Step 3 Add the first color to a mould and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes or until it becomes solidified enough to add another color on top. Step 4 Repeat the same process until the mould has all 5 colors. Step 5 Take the candy out of the mould add it to a flat surface. Cut the hair grooves in the head of the fatter candy. Cover that candy in the sugar acid mixture. Tradition, what does that mean to you? To me, it means evolution. Cheese blanket stuffed with chicken caesar salad deliciousness. RECIPE Step 1 Put chicken strips in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix. Step 2 Heat a frying pan to high and fry chicken until golden brown on each side. Step 3 Combine ½ cup of greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, the juice of a lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl. Step 4 Add romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, bacon and chicken in a bowl. Set it aside. Step 5 Slice day old bread about ½ an inch thick. Rub it with garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and toast until crispy. Step 6 Add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake it in a 400 degree F. oven until golden around the edges and the centre is bubbling. Take it out and let cool. Repeat this process again with one cup of cheese for the pillow. Step 7 Add some chicken caesar to the centre of the large piece of cheese. Add the toasted bread followed by some more chicken caesar. Put the smaller fried cheese on top, and proceed to fold the cheese. Step 8 Fry the wrap seam side down until crispy. "NEVER SKIP EGG DAY T-SHIRT" https://represent.com/neverskipeggdaylogo ------------------------------------------------------------ RECIPE 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles 4 eggs 1/2 cup of milk or cream 4 slices of thick bread WHIPPED CREAM 1 cup of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch 1 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream Step 1 Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until you get stiff peaks like whipped cream. Fold the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch into the cream and put in the fridge to cool. Step 2 Whisk the eggs with the milk or cream. Coat the piece of bread in the Fruity Pebbles. Step 3 On a medium hot pan, fry the pieces of bread for a few minutes on either side. Step 4 Add some whipped cream on top of one piece. Place another piece on top of the whipped cream. Check out the vid we did for iJustine's channel: https://youtu.be/bWt2URQxwFQ --------------- RECIPE 1 baking tray 1 saucepan or pot Mixing bowl 1 basting brush 1 large sheet of puff pastry 2 ½ cups of grated gruyere cheese ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 tablespoon of butter 1.5 tablespoons of flour 1 cup of hot milk 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard 1 egg 12 slices of smoked ham Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Step 1 Melt butter in the saucepan on medium heat. Add the flour and stir until the flour changes color. Pour the hot milk in the mixture and stir to create a thick sauce. Step 2 Take it off the heat and mix in ½ cup of gruyere and parmesan cheese. Add the nutmeg and some salt and pepper. Step 3 Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface. Step 4 Paint half the sauce onto half the puff pastry, Add the rest of the gruyere cheese on the sauce covered area of the puff pastry, lay out the slices of ham on top the cheese. Step 5 Fold over the bare side of the puff pastry so it covers second half. Use your hands to flatten it out without any of the ingredients escaping. Step 6 Cut the sheet into long vertical lines 1 inch apart. Twist them on a covered and oiled baking sheet. Step 7 Cover the twists with the egg and mustard mixture. Bake it for 15 minutes. Do you love waffles? Do you love Buffalo wings? Now you can enjoy both of them in one dish! Recipe Below. __________________________________________________ RECIPE 1 pound of ground chicken 1 cup of all purpose flour 2 tablespoon of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder 2 teaspoon of salt and pepper 1 cup of buffalo sauce (like Franks) ⅓ cup of chopped green onions 1 liter of cooking oil 3 beaten eggs Heat cooking oil to 375 degree F. Step 1 Combine the ground chicken with ¼ cup of the hot sauce, half the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Step 2 Add some ground chicken to the waffle maker and close. Cook for about 7 minutes. Step 3 Combine flour with the rest of the seasoning, mix and set aside. Step 4 Combine the eggs with ¼ cup of the hot sauce and set aside. Step 5 Submerge the cooked waffle into the egg. Coat the waffle in the flour mixture. Cook in the hot oil for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Step 6 Coat the waffles with the remaining hot sauce. Double dose of cheese, a layer of sausage, and all the deliciousness trapped inside a deep dish pie. Recipe Below. ------------------------------------------------ Recipe Step 1 Roll out the pre made pizza dough into a 9" circular pan. Make sure the dough reaches the side walls of the pan. Step 2 Add thick cut mozzarella cheese to the bottom of the pan covering the base of the pizza dough. Step 3 Add a 1 inch layer of Italian sausage to the top of the cheese. Step 4 To the top of the sausage add another layer of sliced mozzarella cheese. Step 5 Crush some San Marzano tomatoes with your hands, apple them to the top of the cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and shredded parmesan cheese to the top of the tomatoes. Download "French Fries or Onion Rings" on iTunes https://itun.es/i6Yb656 Learn how to make Oreo Cannoli RECIPE BELOW Step 1 Combine 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies (no cream) and 2 cups of all purpose flour in a bowl. Step 2 Cut in 3 tablespoons of vegetable shortening with your hands until the mixture resembles a small pea like consistency. Step 3 Add an egg, 1/2 cup of water, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar into the bowl and mix it well. It will start to feel like dough. (if its a bit wet add more flour, and if its a bit dry add more water. Knead it out on a floured surface until the dough comes together. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Step 4 Combine 3 1/2 cups of powder sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of shortening and hot water in a bowl until it becomes a creamy like consistency. Put it in a Ziploc bag and into the fridge to cool. Preheat a saucepan or pot with cooking oil to 360 degrees F. Step 5 Take the dough out of the fridge and cut it into 4 pieces. Put flour on a flat surface and roll out a sheet of the dough 1/8 of an inch thick. Step 6 Using a circular cookie cutter, cut out as many circles as you can. Put a cannoli tube at one end of the circled dough. Paint some egg wash on the edges of the dough and proceed to roll up the tub creating a Oreo dough cylinder. Step 7 Fry the cannoli in the hot oil for 2 minutes each. Set them aside to cool. Step 8 Using the plastic bag, cut the tip off essentially creating a home made piping bag. Pipe the Oreo cream inside the cannoli shell hole. Sprinkle with some residual crushed Oreo cookie. Enjoy.

Hand held chili in a corn meal waffle cone! Every bite is a party for your mouth. Recipe below -------------------------------------------------- RECIPE 1 pound of ground beef 1 cup of tomato sauce 1 cup of stewed tomatoes 1 tablespoon of chili powder cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. 1 chopped hot dog. 1/2 chopped onion 1 minced clove of garlic WAFFLE CONE 1/4 cupo of all purpose flour 1/4 cup of corn meal 1/2 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of melted butter 1 egg 1/4 cup of hot sauce 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. -------------------------------------------------- Step 1 Brown the ground beef in a pot. When there is no more red in the meat, add the onions and cook until they are soft. Step 2 Add the hot dogs and cook for a few minutes. Step 3 Add the can of tomatoes and the seasoning. Simmer until there is no longer moisture in the pot. WAFFLE CONES Step 4 In a bowl, combine the flour, salt and corn meal. Step 5 In another bowl, combine the egg, milk and hot sauce. Mix together the wet with the dry until you have a consistent batter. Step 6 Heat the waffle maker, and fry the waffles. Using the waffle cone mould, shape the cone. Step 7 Scoop chili into the cone. Download "Eggs Benedict" on iTunes http://apple.co/1OOQxIv Learn how to make Eggs Benedict Bacon Potato Pie RECIPE BELOW ----- Step 1 Lay down bacon moving in a circular pattern until you cover the entire base of a skillet. Step 2 Add a layer of sliced potatoes to the base. Cover in ground sausage, sliced onions and cheddar cheese. Step 3 Repeat the layers. Step 4 Add one more layer of potatoes and close the exposed bacon. Cover the top and put it in the oven at 350 degrees F. for 3 hours. Step 5 Whisk together 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Step 6 Add the bowl to a double boiler, and whisk slowly adding 1/3 cup of melted butter until it doubles in size. Step 7 Bring a pot of water to boil. Add egg and boil for exactly 5 minutes. Take out the egg and put it into a cold water bath. Step 8 Crack the bottom of the egg. Using a spoon, slide it in between the egg and the shell and turn it releasing the shell. Step 9 Add egg to a slice of the pie, cover with hollandaise sauce.

Oreo French toast with Oreo whipped cream and Oreo vanilla glaze. Recipe Instructions below. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients French Toast Base 6 slices of thick cut bread 3 eggs ½ cup of cream (15%) 1/2 cup of ground up Oreos (about 5-7 cookies) Whipped Cream 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup of ground up Oreos (about 5-7 cookies) Glaze 1 cup of powdered sugar 2 tablespoons of milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract For the French Toast base Step 1 In a shallow bowl, scramble the eggs and combine with the cream and ground up Oreos. Step 2 Heat a medium frying pan. Spray with cooking oil. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture and coat thoroughly on both sides. Fry the soaked bread for about 2 minutes a side. Repeat for the remaining slices. For the whipped cream Step 3 Whip the cream until you’ve reached a thick whipped cream consistency. Fold in the ground up Oreos and set aside. For the glaze Step 4 Combine the powdered sugar with the milk and vanilla until you’ve reached a glaze like consistency. The glaze should be able to drip off a spoon. Adjust with more milk or powdered sugar if needed. Assemble the stack Step 5 Add ¼ of the whipped cream on top of a slice of the toast. Add the second slice on top. Doritos crusted, fried pickles on a stick!! This is a total game changer!! Recipe below. ------------------------------------------------------------ RECIPE 2 cups of crushed cool ranch Doritos 1 cup of all purpose flour 1 cup of butter milk 1 egg 1 tablespoon of baking powder 1 tablespoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper 2 pickles Step 1 Combine the flour, baking powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the butter milk and egg. Mix the 2 together to make a batter. Step 2 Cut off one end of the pickle. Stick the skewer or chop stick inside but not fully through. Using a knife on an angle, cut the pickle creating a spiral. Step 3 Coat the pickle in the wet batter. Add the coated pickle to the crushed Doritos and coat it completely. Snack Back is a series where I visit classic snacks so you can follow along and recreate at home. #SnackBackThursday On this episode of Snack Back: Cheese Puffs RECIPE BELOW 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of butter 1 teaspoon of salt 2 cups of all purpose flour plus 1/3 cup for dusting 3 eggs 1.5 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons of powder cheese Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Step 1 Combine water, butter and salt in a saucepan or pot until the butter melts. Step 2 Turn the pot down to medium heat, Add the flour the the pot and mix it all together until a batter forms. Take it off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Step 3 Crack an egg into the pot and combine the batter like mixture with the egg. Add another egg after the first one has combine, and the last egg after that. Step 4 Add the cheddar cheese to the mixture and mix it all together. Step 5 Once the mixture is creamy and blended together, put the ball of batter into a bowl of flour and dust the flour onto it. Step 6 Lay out a piece of parchment paper and put the ball of batter on top. Proceed to roll out the mixture into a thin cylinder. Step 7 Cut little tabs of the batter off the rolled cylinder and out them on a baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes. Step 8 After the 10 minutes, turn down the oven to 350 degrees F. and continue cooking the puffs for another 15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Step 9 Add the puffs to a resealable bag. Put the powder cheese inside. Blow up the bag creating a balloon like shape, close it up and shake the puffs around completely covering them in the cheese.

Recipe Below --------------- Burger 2 cups of black beans 1 cup of shredded hard tofu 1 cup of minced sautéed mushrooms 1 minced onion 2 tablespoons of thyme Salt and pepper Chilli powder / smoked paprika ½ cup of vegan bread crumbs 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard Lettuce Tomato Onion Vegan American cheese AnImal Sauce 1 cup of mayo ⅔ cup of ketchup 3 tablespoons of chopped dill pickles ½ teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar Fries 2 russet potatoes 2 liters of cooking oil 1 white onion chopped and sautéed Vegan American Cheese Burgers Step 1 Combine the beans, tofu, onions, mushrooms and seasoning in a bowl. Mash them up to as fine of a paste as possible. Step 2 Mould tennis ball sized balls and form them into patties. Put them on a baking tray and freeze them for 20 minutes. Step 3 When the patties are frozen, heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the burgers on either side until brown and firm. Step 4 Spread mustard on the burger and fry it once more. Step 5 Put a slice of cheese on each burger, put them in the oven until the cheese is melted (about 5 minutes). Fries and Animal Sauce Step 6 Peel and slice the potatoes. Rinse them under cold water and dry them. Heat a deep fryer or pot with cooking oil to 325 degrees F. Fry the potatoes for 5-7 minutes. Step 7 Take the potatoes out, turn the heat up to 350 degrees F. and return the potatoes to the fryer for another 2 minutes or until they become crispy. Recipe Below. ----------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients 2 cups of just add water pancake mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 2 egg whites Maple Syrup Butter Step 1 Combine the pancake mix with the water based on the box instructions. Normally its 1 cup of pancake mix per ⅔ cups of water. Add cinnamon and mix well. Step 2 In another bowl, whisk together 2 egg whites until they reach stiff peaks. Slowly fold in the egg whites to the bowl of pancake mix until all the egg whites have been added. Step 3 Place the cookie cutter on a frying pan and heat it to medium. Spray the inside of the cookie cutter making sure to hit the sides. Add about ½ cup of the pancake mix. As soon as the top starts to bubble, flip the cookie cutter to cook the other side. Chop the onion, ham and tops of the peppers and put them in a bowl. Step 2 Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the vegetables and the ham. Mix in the swiss cheese. Step 3 Fill each pepper half way with the egg mixture. Step 4 Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees F. Step 5 Take the peppers out and cover them in the remaining swiss cheese. Broil in the oven until they become golden brown and bubbly.

Recipe Below. ----------------------------------------------- Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Ingredients: 2 jalapenos 1 cup of room temperature cream cheese ½ cup of shredded mozzarella ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese 4 strips of bacon 4 slices of thick texas toast 1 tablespoon of butter Salt and pepper to taste Step 1 Slice the peppers in half. Take the seeds and flesh out of the pepper leaving the halved pepper in tact. Step 2 Combine the cream cheese with the shredded mozzarella. Mix until one consistency forms. Season with salt and pepper. Step 3 Lay out of a bacon strip and wrap it around the cheese stuffed pepper. Secure the bacon around the pepper with a toothpick. Step 4 Pan fry the pepper on a medium high heat pan until crispy (or you reach the consistency of the bacon you like). Step 5 Lay out one slice of bread. Add half the shredded cheddar. Pace 2 halves of the peppers on top. Cover with more shredded cheddar and close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Step 6 Pan fry the sandwich on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Flip the sandwich and add a bit of water to the pan. Cover with a bowl and cook for 2 minutes. This is the cheesiest grilled cheese taco melt you'll ever see. Learn what it takes to guarantee that your sandwiches will cheese pull! Recipe below. ----------------------------------------------- Ingredients ½ pound of ground beef ½ chopped onions 1 chopped poblano pepper 1 cup of shredded Colby jack cheese 10 sticks of Colby jack cheese 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning 4 slices of thick Texas toast 2 tablespoons of melted butter Step 1 Fry the beef on a pan until its browed. Make a well in the middle of the pan and add the onions. Cook the onions until they begin to soften and the meat is fully browned. Make another well and add the peppers. Cook until they start to soften. Step 2 Combine the meat, peppers and onions with the taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Mix well until its all combined and the liquid thickens. Add the shredded cheese and mix well until all the cheese has melted. Step 3 Lay out 2 slices of the bread. To the centre of the bread, add 3 cheese sticks making sure they are evenly spaced out. Add ½ cup of the meat mixture on top of the cheese making sure the mixture doesn’t go off the bread. Add another 2 cheese sticks on top of the meat and close the sandwich with another piece of bread. Step 4 Using a basting brush, paint the butter on one side of the bread. Add the sandwich to a medium heated pan. While the Sandwich cooks, paint the other side of the sandwich with the remaining melted butter. Flip the sandwich and continue to cook the other side until its golden brown. Step 5 Once both sides are browned, Add 1 tablespoon of water to the pan making sure to close it with the lid to trap in all the steam. Imagine everything you love about a McDonald's Big Mac but in the form of breakfast! Recipe Below. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Ingredients ½ pound of ground breakfast sausage 1 egg 1 sesame seed bagel cut into 3 2 slices of American cheese 4 sliced pickles 1 cup of finely chopped onions 1 cup of shredded iceberg lettuce SAUCE 1 cup of mayo 2 tablespoons of mustard, ketchup and relish 1 tablespoon of paprika and garlic powder 2 tablespoons of vinegar Step 1 Use the bottom of a plate as a guide and form 2 thin sausage patties. Fry the patties on a medium high heat pan until browned on both sides. Set the meat aside. Step 2 For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl until it looks like Big Mac Sauce Step 3 Add the sauce to the bottom bun. Add half the onions followed by half the lettuce. Place the 2 slices of cheese in a criss cross format followed by the first burger. Step 4 Add the middle bun and repeat all the steps up until the cheese. Instead of placing more cheese, add the pickles followed by the second burger patty. Step 5 Fry the egg on a medium high heat pan. Crack the yolk and then flip the egg cooking the other side. Ground chicken, wrapped around an egg and covered in chicken skin, DEEP FRIED. It doesn't get more delicious than this!! RECIPE BELOW ------------------------------ 3 eggs 1 large piece of chicken skin from a chicken breast 1/2 pound of ground chicken 1 cup of all purpose flour 2 tablespoons of garlic powder and smoked paprika 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup of bread crumbs 1 litre of cooking oil 1 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of chopped chives Step 1 Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the egg and boil for exactly 5 minutes. Take it out and put it into a cold water bath. Take the shell off and set aside. Step 2 Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and smoked paprika to the ground chicken. Add an egg and the bread crumbs and mix well. Step 3 Make a patty with the ground chicken and wrap it around the soft boiled egg. Add it to 375 degree F. oil and cook for about 4 minutes. Step 4 Wrap the chicken skin around the chicken meat ball (use a tooth pick to secure the chicken skin around the entire ball). Step 5 In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and the remaining egg. In a separate bowl, add the flour, and remaining seasoning. Step 6 Coat the ball in egg milk mixture and then into the flour mixture making sure its totally coated. Step 7 Fry until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Finish with chopped chives.

One time I made Cheesesteak Sandwiches for Swoozie and then he insisted I teach him how to make them on his own. Recipe Below. ------------------------------------------------ Recipe Step 1 Lay down the thin cut steak over a piece of plastic wrap. Add another piece of plastic wrap on top. Using a mallet hit the steak making it as thin as possible. Step 2 Roll the steak in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Step 3 Heat a pan to medium high heat, add the diced onions and green peppers. Step 4 While the peppers and onions cook, take the steak out of the freezer and unroll it. Slice the steak as thin as you can get. Put the cut steak in a plastic bag. To the bag, add 1/4 cup of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. Mix the bag making sure the steak is as coated in the marinate as possible. Step 5 Fry the steak on a hot pan until it's fully cooked (about 4 minutes). Step 6 Wide the pan clean and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Place down some of the vegetables and steak. Add a few slices of provolone cheese and fry it until the cheese melts. RECIPE BELOW The RecEP available on iTunes "Makin a Pizza" http://apple.co/1UBa53s "French Fries vs Onion Rings" https://itun.es/i6Yb656 "Eggs Benedict" http://apple.co/1OOQxIv Learn how to make Spinach Dip Pretzel Balls ------------------------------------------------- 1 finely chopped onion 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 pack of frozen spinach ½ cup of milk 6 oz. of cream cheese ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ cup of sharp cheddar 2 squirts of Worcestershire sauce 1 ball of pre made pizza dough ½ cup of melted butter 1 tablespoon of coarse salt 8 cups of water ⅔ cup of baking soda Step 1 Add a bit of olive oil to a skillet on medium high heat. Add the garlic and onions and cook until golden brown ( about 4 minutes). Step 2 Add the drained spinach and cook for about 5 minutes. Transfer it to a bowl. Step 3 Add the milk to the pot and put it on medium heat. Add the cream cheese and cook it until it becomes one consistency. Add the spinach mixture and the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and cook through until all the cheese is melted. Transfer the dip to the ice cube trays and put them in the freezer until solid. Step 4 Knead the dough on a floured surface. Rip off a golf ball sized piece of the dough and flatten it in your hand. Step 5 Add the spinach ice cube to the center of the dough and pinch it closed. Set them aside to rest. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Step 6 Dissolve the baking powder in the 8 cups of water and bring to a boil. Step 7 Add the balls of dough to the water for about 30 seconds, transfer back to the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Step 8 Brush the pretzel balls with melted butter after taking them out of the oven and sprinkle with coarse salt.

Form the meat into balls and set aside. Step 2 To a medium high pan, add the meatballs and cook on each side for 3 minutes and crispy. Set aside. For the bacon Step 3 Fry the bacon in a medium high saucepan or pot for 5 minutes. Add a splash of water to render the fat. Continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. Extract the bacon from the grease and set aside. For the sauce Step 4 Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the cheese and combine. Season with pepper. Cooking the noodles Step 5 Add the noodles to the pot of water. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the noodles are al dente. Extract the noodles from the water reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Making the pasta Step 6 Add the bacon to a medium pan. Combine the bacon with the noodles. Add ½ the reserved pasta water and mix. Add the meatballs and mix well. Slowly add the egg and cheese mixture and combine until the liquid has formed a sauce. About 3 minutes. Add more water if the pasta water if it seems dry. Place pasta in a bowl with meat balls. Flamin' Hot Cheetos Donut!! Recipe Below ---------------------------------------------------------------- 3 halved string cheese sticks 4 eggs beaten plus 1/2 cup of water 1 litre of cooking oil 1/2 cup of nacho cheese 1 baking donut tray Step 1 Slice the cheese sticks and place them in the donut tray holders. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Step 2 When the cheese has melted, use a knife to take one donut out, and placing it on top of another donut. This will seal the cheese halves together. Put it in the fridge while we prep the other ingredients. Step 3 Crush a bag of hot Cheetos until it resembled corn meal. Beat 4 eggs and water. Step 4 Coat the cooled cheese donut in the egg wash followed by the crushed Cheetos. Repeat once more. Step 5 Fry the donut at 350 degree F for about 3 minutes. Check out the video we did on their channel!!! https://youtu.be/Xn3hBVMUf1o Recipe Below ------------------------------ 2 sheet pans 2 cups of crushed dry ice 2 cups of rubbing alcohol **Protective gloves and glasses** 2 taping knives 2 cups of heavy cream 2 cups of milk 1 cup of warheads crushed 1 cup of whole warheads 3/4 cup of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of crushed warheads for garnish Purple Food dye Step 1 Combine the cup of warheads to a pot. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook on medium heat until the warheads are melted and a syrup has formed. Set it aside. Step 2 Combine the cream, milk, salt, sugar and half the warhead syrup in a bowl. Mix well. Step 3 add the crushed dry ice to the sheet pan and pour over the alcohol. Step 4 place the second sheet pan on top and secure it. Step 5 Add the cream mixture to the sheet pan. Apply some of the extra warhead syrup and some of the crushed warheads. Mix it on the sheet pan using the taping knives. Step 6 Spread the ice cream and using the knives, roll the ice cream. Me and Jimmy Wong are getting creative in the kitchen. Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Wings will make you rethink your love for chicken wings and possibly question your entire appetite. It's like a chicken wing lollipop with ultimate deliciousness on the inside. RECIPE ------------------------------ Step 1 Debone the chicken wings and carefully leave the pocket of meat and skin in order to stuff it. Step 2 Combine 2 cups of cream cheese, 4 chopped jalapeños, 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese and 1 cup of bacon bits in a mixing bowl. Step 3 Fill each wing with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Using a tooth pick, seal the opening of the chicken wing. Step 4 Combine 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of paprika and garlic salt in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl combine 2 cups of flour, and 2 tablespoons of paprika and garlic salt. Step 5 Dip the chicken wing in the wet bowl, followed by dipping it into the dry bowl. Repeat this process once again. Kitchenuity is a series combining Ingenuity with the kitchen. Learn how to make Beef Wellington Pops. RECIPE BELOW 2 filet mignon steaks 1/4 pound each 1/4 cup of dijon mustard 1 sheet of puff pastry 1/2 pound of Prosciutto 2 liters of cooking oil 1/2 pound of mushrooms Cooking twine Lollipop sticks Step 1 Puree mushrooms in food processor. Season with salt and pepper and sauté on a frying pan until it becomes a spreadable paste. Step 2 Sear all the sides of a piece of filet mignon steak and cool. Step 3 Smother the steak in dijon mustard and put it in the fridge. Step 4 Lay out plastic wrap. Put a few slices of prosciutto in the middle of the plastic wrap. Spread out some of the mushroom paste in the centre of the prosciutto. Put a piece of the filet in the centre, on top of the mushrooms. Step 5 Using the plastic wrap, roll up the ingredients until it becomes a cylinder. Tighten the edges and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat cooking oil in a saucepan to 375 degrees F. Step 6 Unwrap the steak ball and put a lollipop stick into it. Cut out a square of puff pastry and cover the steak ball, twisting the bottom around the stick. Step 7 Deep fry for 2 minutes.

Breakfast Deep Dish Pizza! Its not a quiche, its a pizza. Sausage, cheese, egg and all things we love about breakfast, in a deep dish. Recipe below. -------------------------------------------- Ingredients 4 eggs 1 cup of heavy cream 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup of cubed ham ½ chopped onion 1 12” piece of pizza dough 1 cup (8 oz) ground sausage Enough sliced thick cut Colby jack cheese to fit the bottom area of a pizza dish (about 8oz) 8 oz of chopped bacon Green onions to garnish Step 1 Roll out the pizza dough and fit it into a thick 9” cake pan. Make sure to press the dough into the pan so it stays high on the sides of the pan. Step 2 Place the Colby jack cheese to the bottom of the dough. Spread the sausage over the cheese pressing it to the edges and making sure there is no cheese showing. Put a piece of parchment paper on top followed by another cake pan securing the dough in place. Put it in the oven for about 30o minutes or until the dough is crispy on the edges. Step 3 Combine the egg, shredded cheese and cream in a bowl. Sautee the chopped ham and onions and add them to the bowl of egg mixture. Step 4 When the pizza base is done baking, take it out of the oven. Use a paper towel to take some of the grease off the top of the pizza. Add the cheese egg mixture to the top of the pizza. Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for about 15 minutes. Step 5 Fry bacon in a pan until crispy and extract the grease. When the pizza is done the first 15 minutes of the bake, place the bacon on top and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Parmesan cheese taco shells, garlic bacon and the easiest home made caesar salad ever! Recipe Below ----------------------------------------------- Ingredients 4 chicken tenders per taco 2 cups of shredded parmesan cheese ½ pound of bacon, chopped 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce 2 tablespoons of garlic powder Dressing 2 egg yolks 3 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard ½ cup of olive oil Step 1 Season the chicken strips of salt and pepper. Pan fry for 5 minutes each side. Set aside. Step 2 Fry the bacon in a pot until crispy. Degrease the bacon, and combine with the garlic powder. Step 3 Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese to a medium high heat frying pan. Spread the cheese making sure it covers the entire pan. Fry until the cheese starts to crips and bubble. Take the cheese out and form in a taco holder. Step 4 Combine the eggs, garlic, Worcestershire, shredded parmesan, lemon juice, anchovy paste, dijon mustard and olive oil in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Step 5 Coat the romaine with the caesar dressing. Add the lettuce to the hardened parmesan cheese shell. Step 2 Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla and continue to mix it together until it becomes a uniform consistency. Step 3 Add 1 cup of powdered sugar in 3 stages. Mix it into the mixture before adding the next round. Step 4 Once all the sugar has been incorporated into the mixture, add 1/3 cup of rainbow sprinkles. Step 5 Fold the sprinkles into the mixture while being careful to not over mix and cause the sprinkles to bleed into the base. Wrapped in garlic bread, stuffed with ravioli. One of the best recipes I've ever created, but the truth is, I'm just trying to make my uncle Chef Boyardee proud. Recipe Below. ------------------------------------------------------ 16 mini pieces of ravioli or one can of pre-made ravioli with sauce 1 tube of french bread dough or pre-made pizza dough 3 tablespoons of melted butter 1 clove of garlic 4 slices of jack cheese Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Step 1 Roll out the dough into a flat sheet. Carefully place the pieces of ravioli in a line about ½ an inch from one end. Step 2 Pull the dough over the line of ravioli and then pull it back wrapping the dough around the ravioli. Cut the dough and place it in the donut mould. Repeat the process 4 more times. Step 3 Using a microplane or a knife, mince the garlic and mix it with the butter. Paint the tops of the donuts with the butter mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Step 4 When the donuts are done baking, take them out of the oven and place a slice of cheese on top of each one. Put them back in the oven until the cheese melts. Everything you love about tacos, stuffed inside a bowl, wrapped in dough and flipped upside down making all your cheesy dreams come true. RECIPE BELOW ------------------------------- Recipe Pre made pizza dough 1/2 pound of ground beef 1 cup of shredded taco style cheese 1 cup of salsa 5 slices (per bowl) marble jack cheddar Sliced jalapeños Olive oil spray or olive oil Step 1 Cook the ground beef until there is no longer any raw meat. Add the salsa and stir. Add the cheese and stir until it is fully melted and all the contents of the pan are combined. Step 2 Spray an oven safe bowl or ramekin with olive oil. Layer about 4 slices of the cheese around the inside of the bowl. Use one last slice to cover the middle. Fill the inside of the ramekin or bowl with the ground beef mixture. Step 3 Add slices of jalapeños along the perimeter of the meat. Stretch some pre made pizza dough with your hands. Gently cover the bowl with the dough. Spray or cover the dough with olive oil. Step 4 Bake the bowl at 400 degrees F. for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are browned. Step 5 Release the bowl carefully with a fork. Cover in Pico de gallo. A Stroopwafel is a Dutch waffle made from 2 thin layers of baked dough and caramel filling. THAT, PLUS OREOS!! Recipe below. ------------------------------------------------ Ingredients 1 cup of AP flour 1 cup f crushed Oreo cookies 1/2 cup of melted butter 1/3 cup of sugar 1 envelope of active dry yeast 2 tablespoons of warm milk 1 egg 1 cup of light corn syrup 1 cup of powdered sugar 1 waffle cone maker Step 1 Combine the granular sugar with the flour. Mix in the crushed Oreo cookies. Step 2 Combine the yeast with the milk and set aside. When the yeast is frothy, add the butter and combine. Step 3 Mix together the wet ingredients with the flour mixture until it becomes a ball. Step 4 Combine the corn syrup with the powdered sugar and set aside. Step 5 Make a small ball with the dough and add it to the waffle iron. Once the dough is flattened and crispy, take it out of the waffle maker. Step 6 Cut the waffle into a smaller circle with a cookie cutter. Split the waffle in 2 thin layers. When you think bar food you don't normally think breakfast, UNTIL NOW!!! Recipe below. -------------------- 1 Russet potato 5 bacon strips cut into chunks 2 eggs 1 green onion 1/2 cup of shredded cheese 3 cups of cooking oil Step 1 Poke holes in the potato using a fork. microwave for 10 minutes. Step 2 Heat a pot of oil to 350 degrees F. Take the potatoes out of the microwave and slice it in half. Scoop out the inside creating a potato cup. Fry them for 2 minutes or until crispy and golden in color. Step 3 While the potatoes are cooking, chop the bacon into bits and fry it in a saucepan or pot. Step 4 Scramble the eggs in a bowl and add chopped green onions. Fry until you reach the scrambled egg consistency of your liking. Step 5 Add the bacon to the potato. Add the eggs on top followed by the shredded cheese. Garnish with green onions. Everything you love about Jalapeño Poppers twisted inside a pull apart loaf of bread. Recipe Below. ------------------------------------------------ Recipe Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Step 1 chop 10 strips of bacon into small bits. Fry the bacon in a saucepan or pot. Mid way through cooking, add a bit of water to help render the fat. Step 2 Slice the tops of 2 jalapeños. Slice the peppers in half and then using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and seeds (leave them in if you like it more spicy) Step 3 Combine the bacon with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of soft cream cheese, the bacon and the peppers. Step 4 Unroll a tube of French Bread pre made dough. Cut out equal squares about the size of a deck of cards. Add a spoon full of the mixture to the center of the cut out dough. Step 5 Stack the dough on top of another and then add it to a cake pan. "Never Skip Egg Day T-Shirt" https://represent.com/never-skip-egg-day-white RECIPE 2 eggs 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped chives Pinch of salt and pepper Chop sticks or skewers Rollie frying machine (info below) 2 sausage links per corn dog 1 cup of instant pancake mix 1 cup of water 1 liter of cooking oil. Heat the cooking oil to 375 degrees F. Step 1 Scramble the eggs, cheese, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl. Step 2 Push the skewer through 2 sausage links. Put the skewer inside the Rollie machine, holding it in place. Step 3 Add some of the egg mixture (about half). Hold the skewer until it can hold still on its own. Let it cook for a few minutes or until the egg mixture in the center is dry. If it keeps raising, pull it out and put it back a few times until its cooked. Step 4 Mix together the instant pancake batter with the water. Dip the skewer in the mixture and then directly into the hot oil. Cook until golden brown and crispy. RECIPE BELOW ------------------------------------ 1 ripe avocado 1 minced clove of garlic 1/2 the juice of a lemon 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon of shaved parmesan 1 slice of bread Step 1 Bring a pot of water to a boil. Put the egg inside the water and boil for exactly 5 minutes. Take it out and put it in a cold water bath. Step 2 Scoop out the inside of the avocado and put it into a bowl. Step 3 Add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil and crush the avocado and contents of the bowl with a spoon. Step 3 Toast the bread and add the avocado mixture on top of the bread. Step 4 Take the shell off the egg and put it on top of the avocado.
